October 22 to October 26, Pavement Work

October 22, 2021 - October 27, 2021

Motorists can expect a lane closure in either direction of SR 265 and KY 841 from Mile Markers 8.78 to 37.8 beginning Friday night at 7:00 pm and lasting to Monday morning at 6:00 am, then again from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday night and Tuesday night. Crews will be working all weekend to improve the roadway, please give them room and slow down in the work zone.




October 25th to 29th, Pavement Maintenance

October 25, 2021 - October 29, 2021

East End Crossing Partners will be performing pavement inspections and maintenance from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am beginning 10/25 and ending 10/29.

Monday night a right lane Westbound will be closed from MM 8.78 in Indiana to MM 37.8 in Kentucky.

Tuesday night a left lane Westbound will be closed from MM 8.78 in Indiana to MM 37.8 in Kentucky.

Wednesday night a right lane Eastbound will be closed from MM 37.8 in Kentucky to 8.78 in Indiana.

Thursday night a left lane Eastbound will be closed from MM 37.8 in Kentucky to 8.78 in Indiana.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and move over in work zones, for everyone’s safety.




October 30, 2021, Bridge Sweeping

October 30, 2021 - October 31, 2021

Bridge sweeping operations will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday the 30th of October and conclude by 6:00 pm. Bridge sweeping will be a moving operation on both sides of the road in both directions to remove dirt and debris. All work will be performed between Mile Marker 8.78 on SR 265 and Mile Marker 37.8 on KY 841. Motorists are reminded to give workers and equipment plenty of room for safety and to slow down for maintenance vehicles and flashing lights.




April to November, 2021, Vegetation Management

April 6, 2021 - November 1, 2021

Seasonal vegetation management will take place on the East End Crossing from April to November. Crews will be out mowing, weed eating, seeding, tree trimming and treating weeds. Motorists can expect crews on the shoulders of the road, in close proximity to moving traffic and in the island areas of the roundabouts on SR 62. Please use caution and give our workers plenty of room for safety.
